Eligible  Criteria for Dalian University Scholarship 2023

• An applicant must be non-Chinese residents
• An applicant should be acceptable in both mental and actual wellbeing.
• A Student applying for an MS program should have a college degree and be under 35 years old.
• An applicant applying for PhD programs should hold a Master certificate and be younger than 40.
