Benefits of Type A CSC Scholarships 

  • Coverage of registration fees

Benefits of Type B CSC Scholarships

1. Application deadlines for Chinese Government scholarships

The application period for the CSC Scholarship programs differs across the universities. Generally, they are open from January to April every year. The application procedure is online. You can fill and submit the online application form either in English or Chinese. An applicant can apply for a minimum of 3 universities through CSC Portal.

3. How to choose the type of scholarship in China?

In the beginning, you will:

  • choose the scholarship type i.e. Category A, B, and C CSC Scholarships along with the university.
  • be given a code provided to you by the university of your choice.

4. Submission of documents

The university will announce the list of the scholarship-winning candidates by mid-July. The universities start distribution of the required documents by post to process the study visa in the original country of the candidates.

What are the documents required for the CSC Scholarships 2022-23?

The following is a list of documents required to apply for the CSC Scholarships 2022-23. 

1. The highest degree and the transcript.

You should attach the attested highest academic degree along with its transcript 

2. Physical Examination Form

The applicant must attach a copy of a medical form filled and signed by a registered doctor. The medical form should carry the official seal of the hospital or any health care unit where the medical checkup has taken place. Similarly, make sure that it is stamped on top of the formerly attached card photograph.  Moreover, the medical form should not be older than 6 months.
